A very
extensive setting and the main current AD&D world . For me there is probably too much
information available about the Realms , as it has now lost its aura of mystery but that
info can also be a bonus : This setting is easy for DMs with very little time on their
hands to utilize & is also available in atlas format on CD Rom. It spawned several
boxed additions including The Horde (Genghis Khan Setting) , Kara-Tur (Far Eastern) &
Maztica (South American) . Also Al-Quadim , covered later was attached on to the bottom .
With the size of it just about every type of setting was encompassed by it including
Eskimos & desert nomads . A bit too big for its own good. |
