An unusual
RPG from America circa mid 1990`s . This was about strange entities that invaded your
dreams and turned them into nightmares, which they used to feed off you or kill you . The
players took on the roles of dreamers who had learnt to fight back & who could will
themselves into other peoples dreams to defeat these creatures . Failure meant admission
into an asylum or worse. The background drew heavily from such horror authors as Graham
Masterson & to a certain extent H.P.Lovecraft but added a fair bit of sex &
eroticism (see the supplement "Liquid Dreams" which dealt in its entirety with
this.) The idea behind this was it could be included in other RPGs if you wanted a surreal
dream side to them . Quite good for what it set out to do with some interesting , if not
original , ideas . |
