© 2000 TSR		The first setting for AD& D (we don't include Blackmoor `cos that was D&D) . My all time favourite & location for most of my campaigns . It had a very medieval Europe edge to but that is common to many of this ilk . It covered most terrain types and a lot of it was "unexplored" . Even the areas where official scenarios were set left a fair bit unsaid so the DM could put their own mark on it . From the lofty Hellfurnaces (What a name!) to the Pomarj it was good . Very little is in print today about it today but it is still covered in the Dragon mag & as downloads off the net .
