The game
of the Weird Wild West . An unusual combination of the Wild West & Horror genres that
makes use of a standard deck of cards , poker chips & the usual wacky dice . But don`t
let this put you off .This is another game that started life as a Collectable Card Game
(Doomtown) appearing a short time later as this RPG . The system is reasonable and has
spawned a lot of additions including a board game (The Great Rail Wars). According to the
historical timeline a native American shaman , fed up with the incursions of the white man
unleashed the power of the Manitous (Demons) into this world , causing the dead to rise in
the form of The Harrowed and creating chaos wherever they appear (e.g. the American Civil
War has been going on for 15 years or so beyond what it did in our real timeline). An
interesting game that can be played as a straight Wild West or as a Will Smith Wild ,Wild
West game if you don`t fancy the horror element . If you are into this type of game it's
the biggest & the best . |
