Adventures of Luther Arkwright (23rd Parallel Games)

A game based on the mini series of comics by Bryan Talbot . A cornucopia of bits from other RPGs stirred up an put together to make one . This is something for the fans of Luther Arkwright only dealing with alternate time-lines and the like . The story is entrancing but very heavy and disjointed in appearance to the casual reader but the system , despite the typos does work . Essentially it is based around a Chaosium style percentile system & for this reason alone is worth a look . Not original but solid . Unfortunately, this one stands alone as 23rd Parallel ran into fiscal problems soon after its release .
